**Cancelling or Refunding an Order**
If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us at sales@pictoncycles.co.uk immediately. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order if we cannot provide the desired item.
**Product Description and Specification**
Picton Cycles publishes all product descriptions, details, specifications and suitability information from the best sources at the time of uploading a product.Picton Cycles will not be held accountable for any advice given in relation to the suitability of a product required to repair an item.If you have ordered an item that is not suitable based upon the product description given, we will correct this by giving you a full refund on the price of that item upon its return to Picton Cycles.
**Complaints**
Any complaints should be sent to sales@pictoncycles.co.uk. We will aim to respond to any complaints within 24 hours and all complaints are treated in confidence.
**Price match policy terms**
At Picton Cycles we keep a constant eye on the prices we are advertise to insure we are offering the best possible price on all our great products.If you have managed to spot a bit of a bargain elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match the price. We keep an eye on the prices charged by leading independent cycle retailers, so if you do spot a product you’re after on their site which is cheaper, why not see if we can match it?Please get in touch and tell us where you have seen the product by calling us on 01517335507 or sending an email to sales@pictoncycles.co.uk with Price Match in the subject line. We’ll then do some research and get back to you.As much as we’d love to match every lower price, there are some terms and conditions we have to apply:
– The competitor must be selling exactly the same product including size.
– The competitor must have the product in stock with.
– Any competitor’s delivery charges will be taken into account with our offer.
– The offer must be on a UK and a non auction website
– The offer must not be in conjunction with a competitor’s promotion, e.g. a buy one get one free deal, a discount given by using the competitor’s voucher.
– We will try to match a competitor’s price, but we cannot guarantee it. The final decision will be made by Picton Cycles.

All credit card details are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are pound Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate (where applicable).The information, products and services contained on this website may be out of date or include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors. All information is provided on an ‘as is’ basis.All items offered are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Online prices may be different from in-store prices and our store may not carry the same stock and offers as available online. Any views or opinions expressed on items are for guidance only and do not constitute any part of a contract. All sizes where quoted are approximate only. Colours may vary due to manufacturing runs and computer screen settings. Picton Cycles cannot be held responsible for delivery failures by third parties. We appreciate how frustrating it is and if this ever did happen we’ll be giving our couriers a very hard time, but we are not able to pay any compensation. Picton Cycles reserves the right to make changes to this website at any time without notice. Prices and specifications may change without prior warning. Delivery normally takes 2 to 7 working days. Once checked and signed for all goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
**Cycle to Work orders**
Picton Cycles offer a range of great discounts through our stock in addition to the Cycle to Work savings, however we have to reduce the discount by 10% on discounted items due to the Scheme’s admin charges. So, for example, an existing 30% discount becomes 20% on the Scheme, but remember the additional discount you still get through the Cycle to Work.
**Paying with Klarna**
Klarna’s Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.
