We use Royal Mail Or Swift Despatch Couriers. This means that your goods will be processed and shipped by either Royal Mail or for larger items such as bikes Swift despatch couriers. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 4 working days for most of the UK mainland.
– UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 1-4 working days.
– Bicycle shipping can vary due to pre-delivery inspections.
– Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
– In stock items ordered before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Due to reasons beyond our control if the order is not shipped we will inform you.
